FABRICATION PROCESS

Sugar Extra Fine is the result of crushing prepared in a controlled and specific sugar, turning it into a thinner sugar. The raw material is produced directly in Crystal Sugar plant via the broth cane sugar.

• Contributes as a body, volume and viscosity for various sweet foods and drinks;

• You can caramelize producing unique flavor and color;

• Serves as a natural preservative at high concentration;

• We highlight the flavor of foods and citrus fruits when in low concentrations;

• A key component in the fermentation of bread and beer.  

STORAGE PRECAUTIONS

It should be stored on pallets, away from hot, humid or excessively bright (sunlight), chemicals and strong odors, not to be in direct contact with the floor or wall. Sugar can pave if variations in humidity and temperature.
